Overview
Registered Nurse Anesthetist – $60,000 sign‑on bonus (up to $75,000 for experienced CRNAs and $60,000 for one‑year commitments). Springfield Memorial Hospital is hiring Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) with competitive incentives, generous PTO, and robust professional development. Positions include Main OR and hybrid Main OR/CVOR schedules, opportunities for clinical instruction with local nurse anesthesia programs, high case volume across multiple ORs and specialty locations, and full malpractice coverage.
Required credentials: completion of an AANA‑accredited program (MSN/DNP or equivalent), NBCRNA certification (or eligibility), valid Illinois RN/APN licensure, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS.

- Continuing education: 5 days + $4,500 paid annually
