Registered Nurse Anesthetist Up to $75,000 Bonus (62514) at Memorial Health

Springfield Memorial Hospital is hiring Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) offering up to $75,000 in sign-on bonuses (including an extra $15,000 for cardiac experience), 80 hours front-loaded PTO, relocation assistance, and generous continuing education support. Positions include Main OR or split Main OR/CVOR coverage with high case volume at a Level 1 Trauma Center, opportunities for clinical instruction with local anesthesia programs, and robust hospital-employed benefits including malpractice tail coverage.

Required qualifications include graduation from an AANA-accredited program (MSN/DNP), NBCRNA certification (or eligibility), Illinois RN/APN licensure (or eligibility), and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

  Join a collaborative department of 60+ CRNAs, 22 Anesthesiologists, 12 Dedicated support staff (room turnover, stocking, etc.)
• Educational Leadership:
  Clinical instructor opportunities with SIUE and Millikin/Decatur Nurse Anesthesia programs
• High Case Volume & Variety: 31,000+ anesthetics annually across 23 Main ORs, 4 CVORs, 6 Ambulatory Surgery ORs, Multiple off-site locations (OB, GI, IR, ECT, Cath Lab)
• Patients of all ages and ASA classifications
• Flexible Scheduling:
  Multiple shifts available, At-home call coverage
• Advanced Technology:
  Level 1 Trauma Center, Standardized anesthesia equipment system-wide, Robust EHR (Cerner)
