Springfield Memorial Hospital is hiring Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for Main OR and CVOR coverage. The role offers opportunities for clinical instruction, diverse case mix and flexible scheduling.

• Sign‑on bonus up to $75,000 for experienced CRNAs
• Additional $15,000 incentive for CRNAs with cardiac anesthesia experience
