Springfield Memorial Hospital is hiring Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) with up to $75,000 in sign‑on bonuses and additional incentives for cardiac anesthesia experience. The role offers diverse caseloads across Main OR, CVOR, ambulatory and off‑site locations, educational opportunities as clinical instructors, flexible scheduling, robust benefits, and continuing education support.

Candidates must hold an AANA‑accredited anesthesia degree (MSN/DNP), RN/APN licensure in Illinois (or eligible), NBCRNA certification (or be new grads eligible), and current BLS/ACLS/PALS.
