Base pay $105,000–$115,500 annually

The Springs at Monarch Landing, a 5‑Star Premier Community, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing. The role works Monday through Friday, with a rotating weekend on‑call.

• Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff in skilled nursing and geriatric care
• Manage nursing operations in a long‑term care or skilled nursing setting
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure resident‑centered care
• Maintain quality of care and compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in the on‑call schedule for weekend coverage

• Active RN license (required)
• Proven managerial experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing setting

• Competitive salary: $105,000–$115,500 annually
