• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid LPN license in the state of Illinois.

You are essential to the medical team and assist RNs and physicians in patient care.

• Chart and record medication and treatment administration.
• Patient observation.
• Perform specific procedures such as reading and recording vital signs, measuring and recording weight and height, and running other diagnostic tests.
