Your Role as an LPN:
Night shift 12 hours!

You’ll be a vital member of our care team—ensuring every resident receives respectful, high-quality nursing care. Your days will be filled with purpose, connection, and meaningful moments.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring CNA staff
• Administering medications and treatments
• Accurate documentation and charting
• Supporting residents’ physical and emotional health
• Communicating effectively with team members, residents, and families

Who We’re Looking For:

You’re more than just licensed—you’re passionate, reliable, and ready to lead with kindness

Requirements:

• Current and valid LPN license (State of Illinois)
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Familiarity with care standards, safety, and confidentiality protocols
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A heart for caregiving and a drive for excellence
