Lead and inspire the nursing team at our Carlyle facility as the Director of Nursing
. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting compassionate, resident-centered care throughout the facility.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
• Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations
• Develop and implement nursing policies and quality improvement plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and ongoing staff development
Qualifications:
• Active Illinois RN license required
• Minimum of 3 years nursing leadership experience in long-term care
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and nursing best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care
