- Plan, manage, and execute marketing programs that support company goals and brand strategy.
- Lead the development, launch, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns, including defining objectives and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, product, creative, and operations—to ensure alignment on messaging, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct competitive analysis and review market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing direction.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and results to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Support the development and maintenance of marketing processes, tools and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in marketing, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast‑paced environment.
