Job Description
Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement HCP marketing plans to accelerate SKYRIZI growth in Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA), a key brand in Rheumatology.
- Lead strategy development and execution within a team environment to support patient access and brand success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, KOLs, and partners to drive business goals.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Understand patient and HCP needs; ensure marketing activities align accordingly.
- Develop innovative go-to-market strategies to increase disease awareness and brand preference.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and integration across teams.
- Manage marketing budget and multiple projects efficiently.
- Evaluate and improve marketing programs continuously.
- Apply new technologies and support sales initiatives.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
