We're looking for a hands-on, people-first Production Team Lead to guide our first shift manufacturing crew. If you're organized, safety-focused, and passionate about coaching others toward excellence, this is your opportunity to lead with purpose.

What You'll Do

• Champion safety by ensuring PPE use and adherence to workplace protocols
• Organize, monitor, and prioritize daily tasks to meet production goals
• Lead by example-promoting teamwork, accountability, and integrity
• Support the flow of raw materials and resources to keep production on track
• Communicate clearly and patiently with team members and supervisors
• Troubleshoot challenges and help solve problems on the floo

Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing tools, equipment, and production processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and work instructions
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Solid math skills (including metric conversion) for machine setup and operation
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and adapt
• A collaborative spirit and willingness to lead with empathy and consistency
