Overview

We are seeking skilled Fabricators to join the PAUL'S team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in metal fabrication processes and techniques, with a focus on quality and precision. This role involves working with various materials and tools to create components used in automotive, commercial grain, construction and manufacturing. The Fabricator will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and schematics, ensuring that all products meet customer and quality specifications.

Responsibilities

Interpret and read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to fabricate metal components accurately.

Utilize various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, FCAW, and stick welding to assemble parts.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as press brake machines and plasma cutters for fabrication tasks.

Perform measurements using calipers and micrometers to ensure precision in fabrication.

Conduct assembly of metal structures and components according to specifications.

Inspect finished products for quality standards

Position Requirements

Proven experience in metal fabrication, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues effectively.

Proficiency in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, FCAW, and stick welding is essential.

Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and material estimates.
