Production Associate - 1st Shift

Location: Hebron

Summary:

Responsible for preparing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to batch paperwork and recipes to create products. The Production Associate ensures products are processed and packaged according to food safety regulations and quality requirements. This role supports continuous improvement, maintains accurate production records, and follows all GMP standards.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures

Perform product handling, batching, packaging, labeling, or line support tasks as assigned

Monitor product quality, report deviations, and assist in basic troubleshooting

Follow and uphold all GMPs, sanitation standards, allergen controls, and food-safety protocols

Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S and sanitation requirements

Assist with changeovers, line cleanup, equipment wipe-downs, and prep for next production runs

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred

Ability to understand and follow written procedures, batch records, and safety instructions

Must follow all GMPs at all times

No jewelry, false nails, artificial lashes, or other prohibited items in production areas

Must follow strict handwashing, uniform, and hygiene protocols

Participation in required food-safety training, allergen training, and periodic re-certifications
