• Assist with the operation of production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitor the production process and report issues or inconsistencies, if any.
• Inspect and examine manufactured products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret production schedules and work orders as required.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties for production machines and equipment.
• Execute daily tasks such as packing, shipping, sorting, and inventory control.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals within set timelines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, emphasizing safety regulations.
• Input data into computer systems, logging hours worked on different tasks.
• Follow all product protocols ensuring the highest standard of quality and efficiency.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and problem‑solving activities, demonstrating commitment to teamwork.
• Participate in training sessions to boost productivity and performance levels.
• Contribute to the updating and reinforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in the set‑up and pre‑production stages of the manufacturing process.
• Ensure correct use of all personal protective equipment and safety devices.

• Pay Range: $18.00‑$21.00 per hour
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Proven experience as a Production Worker, or similar role, is advantageous.
• Basic mathematical and measuring skills to perform calculations.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to adhere to safety regulations and health guidelines.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced working environment.
• Physical stamina and strength for lifting and moving heavy objects, if required.
• Basic computer skills for record keeping and data entry tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to consistently meet productivity goals and quotas.
• Participation in continuous training and development opportunities.
