Maintenance Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Maintenance Manager – Industrial Manufacturing to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys driving reliability, improving processes, and shaping a strong maintenance culture.

In this leadership position, you will oversee a small maintenance team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across a fast‑paced production environment. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, a track record of maximizing equipment uptime, and the ability to strengthen preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a manufacturing setting, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and has strong supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Leadership & Execution

• Oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime and efficient production flow.
• Direct, mentor, and support a small team of Maintenance Technicians.
• Manage contractor relationships, ensuring quality work and safe practices.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of mechanical and electrical systems, including motors, pumps, furnaces, and related industrial equipment.
• Lead improvements to preventive and predictive maintenance processes.

Operational Excellence

• Utilize and update maintenance tracking systems to document work orders, timelines, and equipment performance.
• Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to enhance efficiency and overall equipment performance.
• Support facility upgrades, equipment installation, and capital improvement projects.

Safety & Compliance

• Promote a culture of safety, ensuring alignment with OSHA standards and internal guidelines.
• Conduct regular facility walk-throughs to verify equipment condition and safe operation.
• Participate in safety initiatives, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory experience, leading maintenance technicians.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
• Experience working with industrial equipment such as motors, pumps, and heating systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Compensation Range: $85,000 - $100,000
