Location: Arcola, IL

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour – Full time

Shift: First shift: 7am-3:30pm with mandatory overtime including some Saturdays.

• Learn the machines to provide optimal production in the department.
• Inspect all component parts to ensure they meet quality standards and match the bundling ticket.
• Operate the automated machinery in your department.
• Learn about all product lines.
• Ensure finished products meet all quality standards.
• Clean machines, change needles, thread, etc. as needed.
• Join materials using multi‑needle sewing devices as needed.
• Work in other departments and work areas/machinery as needed.

• Strong communication skills.
• Self‑motivated.
• Reading, writing and math skills commensurate with job duties.
• Physical strength and dexterity to perform essential job functions.
• Ability to recognize colors and different cloth styles.
• Must be able to sit or stand for 8 hours a day or longer.
• Ability to work in an environment with repetitive motions of the arms, wrists, and elbows.
• May require lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to work all mandatory overtime.

• Lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.
• Reading, communication, simple math.
• Standing on a fatigue mat in a specific area throughout a 10‑hour+ shift.
• Be able to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above moderate.
