Fabrication Laborer

• Deburr parts using the Time Saver Machine or manually (using various power tools, grinders, belt sanders, tumblers, etc.) in the specific order required to meet production schedules.
• Adjust the Time Saver Machine to the proper settings for the appropriate material/parts.
• Manually remove parts from skids, place parts onto the machine for the worktable.
• Inspect parts to ensure all parts meet or exceed quality standards.
• Unload parts, stack parts to meet material handling requirements for preventing scratches and damages.
• Operate the Tapping Machine and Countersinking Machine safely and properly to ensure the correct hole and countersink are accurate per the print.
• Measure steel tubing to be cut by saw, bent, etc.
• Use band saw, wet saw, dry mitre saw.
• Move parts to designated staging areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• HS Diploma or GED
• Ability to use hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand basic work orders, specifications, and parts lists.
• Sheet Metal experience preferred.

• Continuously standing, walking, bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and twisting in the normal course of work.
• Frequently lifting, handling, and maneuvering up to 85 lbs.
• Frequently using hands. Seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands.

Starting Salary: $18 - $20/hour or higher depending on experience.
