• Keeping Safety and Quality the #1 Priority in all that you do
• Machine or assemble products for the top names in the turf market and beyond
• Master high-tech machines and assembly processes
• Inspect products with precision tools so they meet Hydro-Gear’s high-quality standards
• Perform routine care (cleaning, checks) to keep machines running smoothly
• Collaborate with teammates to hit production goals

• Hands-on experience in assembly or machine operation
• Mechanical aptitude and an eye for detail
• Adaptable – the role involves new technology and the right tools to do your best work
• Team-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Comfortable learning basic computer skills for data entry and reporting

• All Shifts, full-time hours are 38.75 per week with some overtime opportunities
