Maintenance Technician – Pure Fishing
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and help us keep everything running smoothly, hook, line, and sinker! We offer AM | PM shifts.
What you will doAs a Maintenance Team Member, you will be the hero behind the scenes, keeping our equipment running smoothly and efficiently. Your tasks include:
- Monitoring and repairing plant equipment.
- Performing routine and preventive maintenance on injection molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment.
- Conducting inspections and documenting your work.
- Keeping things tidy and safe, from handling hazardous materials to cleaning up grease and fluids.
- Tracking inventory and managing replacement parts.

- A knack for fixing things and a mechanical aptitude to read blueprints and schematics.
- A vocational or technical degree in vehicle maintenance (bonus points).
- Basic math and computer skills to keep the job running smoothly.
