• Adhere to all company safety protocols and participate in periodic Environmental, Health, and Safety training.
• Respond promptly to equipment issues that impact production and/or safety.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems across various equipment, including motors, pumps, valves, instrumentation, PLCs, centrifuges, heat exchangers, steam-tube dryers, boilers, conveyors, augers, hammer mills, and process tanks and vessels.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Prioritize tasks through effective communication with the Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Supervisor, and process teams.
• Utilize the CMMS system to manage tasks and document results effectively.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical Training Or Relevant Maintenance Experience Is Preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrates accountability and upholds high standards in all situations.

• Able to work a flexible work schedule with varying days and hours, including call-ins.
• Able to work outdoors in all seasons and work at heights.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs and lift up to 100lbs.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; hear and speak; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Specific vision requirements including correctable vision to complete work safely.

• Shift: 6 pm through 6 am
• The starting wage for this position is $30/hour, with potential adjustments based on skills, experience and qualifications.

• One-time annual salary to a maximum of $200,000 and premium 100% paid by Marquis
• Provides 60% of earnings, to a maximum weekly benefit of $1,500 (Short Term Disability)
