Laser Commissioning Engineer

The Laser Commissioning Engineer plays a critical role in customer success—providing on-site operator training, resolving technical issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

In this position you will lead the safe commissioning, testing, and delivery of advanced steel processing machinery and complete production lines. You’ll ensure every system you touch is fully operational, compliant with customer requirements, and performing to the highest quality and safety standards

Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems

Experience with commissioning, field service, or complex machinery preferred

Excellent communication skills and customer-facing professionalism

Ability to travel extensively (80% domestic, occasional international)

Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working independently on customer sites

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
