* Key Responsibilities
* * Program CNC
* mills and lathes
* using
* Gibbs

CAM and Fusion 360
* * Set up and support CNC machines as needed

* Develop efficient machining strategies, tooling, feeds, and speeds

* Standardize and maintain CNC programs and documentation

* Design and improve
* fixtures and work holding
* for repeatable precision

* Collaborate with machinists and management to improve cycle times and quality

* Manage multiple jobs while meeting tight tolerances and delivery schedules

* Qualifications
* * Minimum
* 5 years of CNC programming experience* (
* Gibbs

CAM and/or Fusion 360 preferred*)

* Strong hands-on experience with
* Haas CNC mills
* * Ability to read and interpret
* engineering drawings and GD&T
* * Familiarity with
* AutoCAD and/or Solid Works
* is a plus

* Solid understanding of machining principles, materials, and tolerances

* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
