Salary Estimates- Level 2: $22.12 (minimum) – $28.85 (midpoint) – $35.58 (maximum)
- Level 3: $25.00 (minimum) – $32.69 (midpoint) – $39.90 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities- Operations:
Follow documented procedures, solve problems, support training, lead complex tasks, troubleshoot, and ensure adherence to production standards. Flex and support the full product line in various processes and capacities. - Process:
Maintain key process variables for consistency and quality. Accurately log daily operations and resolve or escalade concerns. - Quality Control:
Champion clarity and accuracy in documented processes and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. - Organization & Cleanliness:
Champion 5S principles, develop and refine 5S practices, and ensure consistent adherence across the team or department. Collaborate with front line leadership to integrate 5S principles into broader operational processes. - Safety Mindset:
Serve as a safety champion by fostering an accountability culture within the team and partnering to align safety initiatives with organizational goals.
- Technical Capability:
Understand and follow technical instructions and SOPs; support technical process development; troubleshoot complex issues; lead tasks and mentor others. - Troubleshooting:
Identify gaps to standard and resolve or escalade them per standard processes; diagnose and resolve complex issues during assembly and testing; anticipate and proactively identify solutions. - Mechanical Aptitude:
Demonstrate understanding of mechanical systems and components; use hand tools safely; produce products and set up equipment to support varying processes; mentor others. - Team Communication:
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors; champion Woodward's Core Values. - Time Management:
