Associate is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, coordinating with manufacturing and picking teams, and ensuring completed products are inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

The Herff Jones team is looking for a Dispatch Clerk/Inspector to join our HJ Family in Arcola, IL.

• Scan incoming orders into operating systems accurately and efficiently
• Assign and distribute work orders to product pickers
• Match customer orders to completed products from manufacturing
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Bag, box, and prepare completed products for shipment
• Maintain accurate records and track order status using Excel and internal systems

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to accurately scan, track, and process orders using operating systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to inspect products for quality and completeness
• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment preferred
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks as required

• Lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Be able to regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs.
• Noise level in the work environment ordem moderate to above moderate.
