Our commitment to pay range transparency fosters an equitable workplace, where everyone can feel valued. The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:$36,200.00 - $54,400.00
**** Purpose Statement:
**** Performs routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production. Visually inspects Sub-assemblies and HLA level products using a magnifier or other tools and using lot sampling methods, or 100% inspection.
**** Key Job Accountabilities:
***** Participate as required on Root cause activities.
* Enters standardized information into GSF
* Supervise work area according with 5´s standards.
* Performs routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production. Visually inspects Sub-assemblies and HLA level products using a magnifier or other tools and using lot sampling methods, or 100% inspection.
* Keeps supervisors informed and escalates issues when needed.
**** Education/Experience

Qualifications:

***** A minimum of Middle school certificate is required.
* Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing process (SMT, Backend).
* Six Months of related experience in manufacturing process is required;
One (1) or more years of related experience in the position is preferred.
* Intermediate electronic manufacturing experience, including knowledge of workmanship standards, is preferred.
* An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

Qualifications:

***** Advanced reading, writing and math skills are required (i.e., 12th grade level)
* Inspection skills
* Knowledge of PCBA and HLA product builds
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
