Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

A long standing and well respected industrial manufacturer in the East Peoria area is seeking a strong Production Supervisor to join their team. This role leads daily production operations, drives team performance, and ensures safe, efficient, and high quality output across a key manufacturing department. The company is experiencing steady growth and is investing heavily in people, systems, and facility improvements.

• Lead, coach, and support a team of production employees in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Execute daily production plans, assign work, manage workflow, and ensure on time delivery
• Partner with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity metrics to ensure the department exceeds performance goals
• Support training, onboarding, and development of team members
• Drive accountability through clear communication and hands on leadership presence on the floor

• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or Lead in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Ability to motivate teams, manage conflict, and maintain a positive culture
• Experience with scheduling, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with electrical or mechanical assembly manufacturing is a plus
