Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
A long standing and well respected industrial manufacturer in the East Peoria area is seeking a strong Production Supervisor to join their team. This role leads daily production operations, drives team performance, and ensures safe, efficient, and high quality output across a key manufacturing department. The company is experiencing steady growth and is investing heavily in people, systems, and facility improvements.

- Partner with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement
- Monitor safety, quality, and productivity metrics to ensure the department exceeds performance goals
- Support training, onboarding, and development of team members
- Drive accountability through clear communication and hands on leadership presence on the floor
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or Lead in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Ability to motivate teams, manage conflict, and maintain a positive culture
- Experience with scheduling, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with electrical or mechanical assembly manufacturing is a plus
