Summary

Perform your duties professionally; keep equipment and facilities in excellent condition. Assist the Location Manager with other duties as assigned. Follow all policies adopted and implemented by Southern FS, Inc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform agronomy custom applications, including chemicals, liquid fertilizer, dry fertilizer, and anhydrous ammonia, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.

Deliver energy products such as LP gas, liquid fuels, and oils as needed, including assisting with service work and maintaining required training.

Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working order and clean.

Assist with other location duties, including inventory management, customer service, and promoting sales.

Adhere to safety protocols, report unsafe conditions, and operate company vehicles responsibly.

Attend meetings, communicate effectively, and keep personal and company equipment in optimal condition.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience or training.
Ability to read, write, and present information effectively.
Basic math skills and ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions.
Minimum Class A-CDL with endorsements; pesticide licenses as required.
Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to humidity, chemicals, and loud noise.
