Precision CNC Turning Machinist; Fanuc

• Produce high-precision parts for the rubber roller industry in a true job-shop setting.

• Set up and operate CNC lathes (2–4 axis).
• Run first-article inspections and hold tight tolerances.
• Select tooling and work holding to suit the job.
• Adjust speeds/feeds and troubleshoot machine or program issues.
• Interpret blueprints and complete daily documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation; assist on other machines as needed.

• 3 years setting up and operating CNC lathes; additional equipment exposure is a plus.
• Experience with Fanuc controls and G-code.
• Competency with calipers, indicators, and other precision measurement tools.
• Ability to read/understand blueprints and drawings.
• On-machine programming experience preferred.
• Proactive, team-first approach in a fast-paced environment.
