What You’ll Do
  • Lead process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement in production methods, equipment layout, material handling, and workforce utilization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance profitability.
  • Develop and maintain accurate data for manufacturing systems, including routings, work standards, lead times, and capacity planning.
  • Review and implement quality requirements to ensure compliance with customer contracts and company standards.
  • Collaborate across departments to align manufacturing practices with quality and operational goals.
  • Create CNC programs for various machines using both manual and software-based methods.
  • Present recommendations for capital investments, tooling, and process enhancements.
  • Support new product launches and ensure readiness for production.

Qualifications What We’re Looking For
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 10 years in industrial/manufacturing environments with related responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and quality systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead initiatives that drive measurable results.
Physical Requirements
  • Occasional bending and twisting.
  • Ability to lift 10–20 lbs (and periodically heavier loads).
