Pay Range: $21 - $23 / hour

We are seeking a Grain Elevator Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day activities at the bean side of our Milmine facility. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality grain handling operations.

• Oversee grain receiving, shipping, handling, conditioning, and grading
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and grain quality control
• Prepare for and manage rail loading operations
• Operate and help maintain grain elevator equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs
  
  Uphold and enforce safety and housekeeping standards

• Previous experience in grain elevator or agricultural facility operations preferred, but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working at heights (4ft - 25ft) and climbing ladders daily
• Ability to direct others and communicate effectively
• Commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork
