We are looking for a Lead CNC Programmer proficient in all levels of Mastercam to guide programming operations in our fast-paced CNC machine shop. You’ll be creating toolpaths, optimizing machining strategies, and supporting quick-turn prototype and production runs across industries including medical, aerospace, and mechanical parts
.

• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs in Mastercam
• Lead programming for prototype and production parts
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and QC staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Support rapid prototyping and Just-In-Time (JIT) production
• Drive process improvements and programming best practices

• Proficiency in Mastercam programming (required)
• Strong background in CNC machining and setup
• Experience in prototype and short-run production environments preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven shop
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills

• $30–$50/hour starting pay, depending on experience
