Head Of Cnc Operations – Operator Routers And Lasers

We looking for not only a practical cnc operator but also a creative person who can “transfer” ideas into drawings and then cnc cut products. As a CNC machine manufacturer, we operate in few sectors hence candidate will be able to learn from different areas of the company from engineering through marketing To sophisticated CNC operations on multiple different machines.

Your role will be the head of cnc cutting/prototyping/sample department where you will be responsible for all aspects from receiving inquiries to fulfilling and ordering, providing Samples for Clients who would like to invest in Fabertec machines, designing even more complex cutting operations and even advice on new engineering solutions to achieve desired effect if it comes to your attention. Testing new cutting bits, and faster feed rates, try to squeeze faster speeds and feed rates from our tooling, machines.

• Practical min 4-5 years knowledge of running cnc routers and fiber lasers. Controllers like Syntec, Cypcut, Sinumerik.
• Very good skills in CAD/CAM software like Vcarve Pro, Aspire, Fusion 360, Cabinetry design software, and Autocad.
• Experience in different types of materials, wood-based boards mfc/mdf/timber, plastic sheets, metal sheets.
• Experienced in office software like Excel, Word, PDF, Quotations.
• Ability to “create” anything from the drawings on CNC machines.
• Ability to accurately price orders per piece, time on machine, overheads.
• Client outgoing approach. Calls, emails, negotiating.

• The right candidate will be responsible for this sector of the company and his/her opinion will matter greatly to constantly improve operations. You will be governing CNC cutting operations ideally by himself/herself.

• Constantly new “TOYS” designed by the company and put on the shop floor. Run routers, fiber lasers, fiber tube laser cutters, laser welders, KUKA robots
