We’re looking for a confident, people-first Dispensary Supervisor to lead daily store operations, support the team on shift, and help maintain a compliant, welcoming, and high-performing dispensary environment. You’ll be a hands-on leader who sets the tone on the floor, supports staff development, and ensures an excellent customer experience.

• Lead and support team members during scheduled shifts
• Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching dispensary staff
• Ensure compliance with Illinois cannabis regulations and internal SOPs
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Oversee cash handling, safe drops, and POS operations
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Communicate effectively with management and elevate issues as needed
• Help improve and implement store processes

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience (cannabis experience strongly preferred)
• Ability to lead by example with professionalism and integrity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Calm under pressure with sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Comfortable with POS systems and learning new technology
• Passion for cannabis culture and customer education
• Must be 21+ years of age
