Role OverviewAccount Leads, Paid Social are responsible for independent paid social performance and client management on the most complex, strategic accounts, overseeing teams consisting of Coordinators, Managers, and Sr. Managers. They serve as the primary POC for their clients, including day‑to‑day communication, leading weekly calls, and developing and implementing both short and long‑term strategies. Account Leads also maintain client relationships through Q development and recurring check‑ins with client contacts.

- Maintain a deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit channels and drive growth strategy to hit client KPIs.
- Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for all social platforms.
- Oversee budgets and forecasting to ensure client KPIs are being met or exceeded.
- Understand growth services (Business Intelligence, Decision Sciences, Creative) and how to leverage them to meet client goals.
- Own the complete social account roadmap, ensuring alignment with client goals and priorities.
- Stay updated on paid social trends and assess impact on client business goals.
- Own overall media planning strategy with support from Director and Client Partners as needed.
- Establish processes and best practices for client management, and spearhead implementation where gaps exist.
- Minimum 6 years paid social experience.
- Proven track record of managing accounts with varying goals, spend levels, attribution models, and incorporating agency tools and growth teams.
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, able to communicate paid social goals and direct‑response tactics to clients, and dive into detail when necessary.
- Excellent organizational, strategic, and communication skills; able to oversee multiple projects and teach optimization tasks to multiple team members simultaneously.
- History of communicating with high‑level client contacts (C‑level, VP+).
- Identify upsell opportunities across all agency offerings and execute to grow revenue.
- Skilled at communicating and teaching optimization tasks to multiple team members, with past experience managing managers.
- Track record of crafting and participating in sales pitches and audits.
- Experience managing a P&L and hitting margin targets.
- Comfortable working with third‑party tracking platforms such as Kenshoo and SA360.
- Ability to quickly determine needs for additional marketing channels (SEO, display, mobile, You Tube).
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop direct reports into senior roles.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact.
