Operations Manager needed for an Electronics Manufacturing company.
An ideal candidate will support and work with the Director of Operations to create and implement plans and systems to improve the overall working place.
Key responsibilities include working hand in hand with managers to increase safety, production, and quality control.
The Operations Manager will directly lead the company in achieving division goals, quality control goals, and profit increase goals, and will spearhead change initiatives as needed.
- Maintaining the budget for department activities and manufacturing projects.
- Serving as the key contact for problem-solving with customers and suppliers.
- Ensuring policies and procedures are followed correctly within the company.
