Claims Supervisor - Strategic Rotation

• Supervise claims staff and ensure quality service delivery and compliance with Workers’ Compensation laws
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members
• Offer technical guidance on complex claims issues and act as a liaison for clients and employees
• Participate in customer claim reviews and presentations
• Travel overnight for meetings as required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 7 years of claims handling experience
• Current license or certification in Workers’ Compensation must be maintained
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and customer service skills

• Multi-jurisdictional licensures and experience, particularly in NY, CA, IL, FL, and TX
• Demonstrated public speaking skills
• Self-Insured Certificate
