assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting corn and soybean crops. Operate, maintain, and repair farm equipment, such as tractors, planters, and auger carts. Assist with cleaning out grain bins, cleaning equipment, and daily cleaning in the shop area. Assist with groundwork, including maintaining or fixing tile holes.
