This seasonal role has an anticipated duration of February 2026 - August 2026 and will be based out of our warehouse at 1200 Logan Street in Lincoln, IL.

• Safely operate a forklift, centering loads, maintaining visibility, and following work area speed limits.
• Regularly load and/or assist in loading trailer with materials, following prescribed weight distributions and capacity limits.
• Actively follow safety procedures for different types of equipment, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Inspect equipment and facility for safety deficiencies, notifying Warehouse Manager immediately of risks for injuries or possible damages.
• At shift end, store equipment in designated areas and take appropriate steps to prepare equipment for next day operation.
• Perform other duties and assignments to meet operational needs of the business.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• An engaged safety-first mindset, committing to safe work practices through Key Daily Actions.
• Follow through on assigned tasks from start to finish.
• Accountability to team with dependable attendance and completing share of workload.
• Ability to learn and regularly follow safety and warehouse operational procedures.
• Collaboration with team members in completing daily housekeeping tasks.
• Ability to move 50 - 60 pounds.
• Previous experience with SAP software is a bonus, but not required.

The hourly rate range for this role, in Atlanta, IL, is between $14.81 - $25.83. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

Our benefit package provides paid sick days. However, given the temporary nature of this role, this position does not participate in any other benefit, retirement savings or paid time off programs, nor any form of incentive compensation. This position is eligible for overtime and any pay elements required under local, state or federal law. Nutrien will comply with benefit and retirement regulations.
