Our commitment to pay range transparency fosters an equitable workplace, where everyone can feel valued. The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. $54,500.00 - $81,700.00

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all facility systems and equipment to ensure that the facility is able to support all facets of production and production-related operations.

• Fabricate machinery support equipment as needed in support of manufacturing process needs, including welded racking, support bracing and material handling items.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems such as electrical, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and more. Install necessary hardware and utilize continuous improvement tools to promote efficient manufacturing processes.
• Lead and document preventive maintenance on all facility systems and equipment to proactively identify risks and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the equipment support team to effectively install, remove, and reconfigure facility resources for production equipment, meeting manufacturing, industry, and customer requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to external contractors conducting facility and equipment repairs, ensuring effective working relationships and efficient task completion.

• A minimum of a High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Five (5) years of related experience is required;
  Seven (7) or more years of related experience is preferred. Depending on site requirements and business needs, completed state-approved Maintenance Technician or Industrial Electrician apprenticeship, completion of formal HVAC/refrigeration training or equivalent, and minimum of 7 years industry experience may be required with at least 10 years industry experience preferred.
• Employee should be able to read and follow electrical wiring diagrams.
• A strong mechanical aptitude is required and a working knowledge of single phase and three phase 120v, 208v, 277v, and 480v electrical systems is preferred.
