This position is responsible for daily janitorial tasks around the hangars and facilities. The job duties will vary each day and are designated by the Facilities Maintenance Manager.

• Clean floors: sweep, dust, wet mop, scrub or vacuum.
• Service, clean and supply restrooms: toilets, urinals, sinks, fixtures, floors, trash, etc.
• Wet mop, strip, wax, seal and buff floors.
• Trash pick-up and removal, take to designated dumping area.
• Wash windows.
• Dust and clean light fixtures.
• Wash walls.
• Loading, unload, distribute supplies, service lobbies and high use areas and perform special cleaning.
• Operate powered equipment typically used in custodial operations.
• Keep janitorial closets clean and orderly.
• Paint touch up in break rooms and restrooms.
• Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
