Location:

we are looking for Illinois – Manito, Mason, Fulton, Peoria, Knox, Tazewell, Woodford, McLean, Stark, Dewitt, Macon, Logan, Sangamon.

Work opportunity for Property Preservation/REO Contractors.

• Experience to do standard preservation duties/tasks including:
  • Winterizations
  • Lawn maintenance
  • Debris removal
  • Lock changes
  • Initial services (including sales clean)
  • Boarding
  • Prepare/Put property in convey condition
  • General/Minor household repairs, etc.
• Ability to provide estimates on requested items for repair/replace.
• Must have own transportation.
• Must be detail oriented when reporting results in reports along with photos, bids, etc.
• Meeting client's deadlines.
• Must have own equipment and inventory of necessary HUD locks on hand, materials needed on regular basis, etc.

Pay is based on your bid and as per allowable list (no discount).
