Leads and participates in facilities management HVACR teams, using and sharing resources, information, and tools to determine customer needs and business priorities. Coordinates and executes work assignments, provides advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and quality standards are achieved. Oversees special projects, collects data, evaluates new technologies, and provides recommendations for improvements. Manages HVACR maintenance and repair resources, inventory, and supplies, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and industry regulations.

Provides training, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for HVACR and EMS equipment.

• Lead teams in HVACR work assignments and ensure quality timelines are met.
• Implement and manage special projects, evaluating technology and correcting deficiencies.
• Maintain HVACR and EMS equipment, conduct inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Manage refrigerant levels, parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Compile and report budget information and provide warranty claim support.
• Deliver training sessions on safety, control systems, and equipment operation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, building codes, and energy management standards.

• 10 years experience in HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration.
• 8 years experience in HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration and Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in A/C and Refrigeration.
• Universal EPA Certification.

• Completion of a 2‑year technical/vocational HVAC/R program or 2‑year associates in A/C and refrigeration.
• Excellent driving record.
• Experience with glycol and CO₂ systems.
