Location: Rosemont

Description: The Culligan Retail North America is seeking a hands‑on Director of SIOP and Operations to lead supply chain planning and execution across the business. This is an operator role for a leader who stays close to the details, works well cross‑functionally, and is accountable for results.

The role owns the end‑to‑end SIOP process, including supply planning, sourcing, and inventory management across Zero Water, Pro One/Max Clear, and Culligan DIY, with a clear mandate to reduce inventory while maintaining service levels and managing risk trade‑offs. In parallel, the role drives key operational initiatives such as sourcing projects, continuous improvement and supply chain execution for new product launches.

This role serves as the primary operations partner to the Monterrey manufacturing plant and works closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain COEs to ensure plans are executable and launches are delivered on time and in full.

Responsibilities

SIOP & Integrated Planning
  • Own and lead the monthly SIOP process for Culligan Retail NA, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans.
  • Translate demand plans into executable supply plans with clear assumptions, risks, tradeoffs, and actions.
  • Develop scenario‑based recommendations for leadership, outlining trade‑offs across service, inventory, cost, and risk.
  • Drive accountability to SIOP decisions, actions, and outcomes from SIOP, including follow‑up on gaps, constraints, and variances.
Supply Planning & Inventory Management
  • Own supply planning and inventory performance for one business, with direct accountability for inventory levels, turns, service, and working capital.
  • Lead sourcing and supply planning execution for two additional businesses, ensuring continuity of supply and alignment to business priorities.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, monitor inbound flows, and actively manage inventory positioning.
  • Identify and execute inventory reduction opportunities, including safety stock optimization, SKU rationalization, and E&O mitigation – while protecting service levels.
Sourcing & Procurement Execution
  • Drive sourcing activities in partnership with Supply Chain COEs, including supplier selection, negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing supplier performance management.
  • Deliver cost reduction, supply continuity, and risk mitigation initiatives tied to SIOP and operating plans.
Manufacturing & Monterrey Plant Partnership
  • Serve as the primary CRNA operations point of contact for the Monterrey manufacturing plant.
  • Align production plans, material readiness, and timelines to commercial priorities and launch commitments.
  • Drive manufacturing readiness and operational improvement initiatives, in partnership with plant leadership and COEs.
New Product Development (NPD) Support
  • Own supply chain readiness for new product launches, including sourcing strategy, capacity alignment, inventory ramp, and manufacturing coordination.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver launches on time, in full, and within cost targets.
Cross-Functional Execution & Ways or Working
  • Partner closely with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain COEs to ensure plans are realistic, executable, and financially sound.
  • Operate as a doer‑leader: hands‑on in analysis, planning, system execution, and problem solving.
  • Establish strong operating rhythms (weekly execution reviews, issue resolution, and performance tracking) to ensure plans translate into results.
  • Own supply chain analytics and dashboards, including forecast accuracy, service performance, inventory health, and working capital outcomes.
  • Own supply chain KPIs and data discipline, using facts and metrics to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or APICS certification a plus.
  • 8-12+ years of experience in supply chain planning, SIOP, supply planning, or operations within consumer products, retail, and/or ecommerce environments.
  • Proven experience owning end‑to‑end SIOP and supply planning processes, with accountability for inventory, service levels, and working capital…
