In-House Litigation Attorney

You’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in an exciting and rapidly changing industry. You’ll manage litigation and regulatory matters, counsel Epic on its competitive landscape, and grow into greater responsibilities as your skill set matures.

• 3‑7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination.
