Technical Service Representative provides technical assistance and training to customers in support of the proper operation and service of our products.

Job Type: Full-time located in Sullivan, Illinois

Salary: Commensurate with experience + biannual bonus

• Providing product and service support to customers
• Conducting test, teardown and evaluation of electric and hydraulic components
• Providing feedback from customers to internal departments
• Process warranty claims, maintain and execute warranty reports
• Conduct training for service distributors

• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school plus 2 years of experience or four years of related experience and training. An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Experience of electrical and hydraulic systems
• Experience in public speaking
