Our client, a leading organization in the insurance industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Client Service Specialist to join their team in Chicago, IL
. As a vital member of the Customer Service department supporting the Client Service Unit, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients. Bannockburn, IL (Mostly remote, Must be able to go onsite as needed)

$30.00/HR + Benefits

1-Year (potential to extend and/or hire on permanently)

• Manage and perform daily service requirements for select insurance accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of outputs.
• Respond to basic inquiries related to client services, invoices, renewals, and other insurance-related processes.
• Support senior team members in processing renewals, issuing certificates, and managing client requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records within the system of record to ensure compliance and quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial insurance or office administration, or recent college graduates with relevant coursework.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and data import/export functions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to obtain or maintain an insurance broker's license within six months of hire.
