We are seeking an Operations & Performance Enablement Manager who excels in fast-paced environments and is skilled at creating structure, clarity, and seamless execution across teams and programs. This role will serve as the central connection point for leadership, performance teams, onboarding programs, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Team Support:
- Align daily with leadership
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and program support
- Coordinate performance initiatives such as GSD and APR
- Keep priorities and action items on track
- Onboarding (New Owners & Staff):
- Manage logistics, session scheduling, communication, and support
- Track progress and milestones in
- Ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience
- Program & Project Management:
- Manage calendars, logistics, and execution for GSD, APR, onboarding programs, trainings, webinars, and events
- Track deadlines, owners, and ensure follow-through
- Identify and address bottlenecks proactively
- Communication & Client-Facing Support:
- Communicate clearly and confidently via phone, email, and video
- Provide schedules, reminders, and next steps
- Serve as a professional, high-touch coordination point
- Process, Reporting & Technology:
- Maintain clean data in and Excel
- Create trackers, reports, and dashboards
- Utilize AI and tools to enhance efficiency
- Improve workflows and streamline handoffs
- Recruiting Operations Support:
- Manage scheduling, communication, and follow-ups
- Track pipeline and coordinate with recruiting partners
- Exceptionally organized with strong follow-through
- Confident communicator, especially on the phone
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools and AI
- Calm, proactive, and dependable
- Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Naturally brings structure and momentum to any environment
- Experience with or similar project management tools
- Strong Excel skills for data organization and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Background in operations, program management, leadership support, or training coordination
- Experience coordinating meetings, programs, trainings, or events
- Smooth and predictable onboarding
- Well-organized and timely GSD & APR programs
- Strong team alignment and removal of operational roadblocks
- Clients and stakeholders feel informed and supported
- Clean data, clear workflows, and proactive problem-solving
