Windows Server Administrator
Job Overview
Our client needs an onsite Windows Server Support and Desktop administrator to help support this location. This person will be focusing mostly on Windows Server support and administration as well as desktop end user support for their users working at the location. This is a strict, heavily regulated environment.
Qualifications- Windows Server Admin Site Support Experience (Windows 2016‑2018, 2022, performance tuning, patching and maintenance)
- Hands‑on tier‑2 desktop nuclear support via Service Now tickets. When on‑site customer support cannot resolve a ticket, it will go to this consultant. Examples: client troubleshooting, PC's not connecting to internet, blue‑screen of death, locked self out of account.
- General onsite user related support between PCs and Servers and also perform refresh related tasks.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
