Join Infinite Computer Solutions as a Project Lead. This role oversees end‑to‑end data center migration initiatives and other enterprise infrastructure projects.

• Provide overall oversight and execution for data center migration programs and parallel infrastructure initiatives.
• Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and deliverables; track progress and remove blockers.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain RAID logs.
• Coordinate across multiple technical teams (Network, Server/Compute, Storage, Database, Security, Application) and act as the central point of contact to ensure alignment.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation (plans, status reports, decision logs, change requests); present executive‑level status updates.
• Facilitate project meetings (daily/weekly syncs, risk & dependency reviews, leadership steering committee) and track action items.
• Ensure sustained momentum through timelines, accountability, and governance; support change management and transition activities.

• Proven experience managing data center migrations, infrastructure refresh, or large‑scale IT transformation projects.
• Strong command of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Expertise in task tracking, dependency management, and schedule control.

• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure domains:
  Data Centers, Networking, Compute & virtualization, Storage & backup, Security.
• Ability to engage credibly with technical teams without being hands‑on.

• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure Dev Ops).
• Advanced documentation and reporting skills (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and follow‑up discipline.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes in complex environments.

B.E./B.Tech. 5‑8 years of experience.
