• Plan, design, build, test, implement, and support Epic software needs
• Analyze system requirements and document workflow analysis while evaluating user experience
• Configure changes within Epic environments to standardize workflows and resolve issues
• Manage small to medium projects independently and update stakeholders on progress
• Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis for routine to moderately complex problems

• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
• Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
